Die Antwoord release a new video for "I Fink U Freeky"

Die Antwoord just released the new video for “I Fink U Freeky,” a week ahead of the release of TEN$ION on February 7th, 2012. By now, Die Antwoord videos should come with a big neon sign that says “WARNING! Major freaky steez ahead!!,” because if you expected anything other than rats crawling around on Yolandi Visser’s body while she raps about how freeky U R, you don’t know what this group’s all about. Which is to say: this is probably NSFW, and definitely not safe for the easily squeamed.

Watch the video for “I Fink U Freeky”:

Following their album’s Feb. 7th release date, they’ll jump out on a month-long North American tour. That includes an appearance at Noise Pop 2012 in San Francisco, where we picked them as our Wednesday show of choice in our daily guide to the festival.

Florence and the Machine will tour the United States in 2012.

Count Florence and the Machine among the bands who refuse to let Coachella’s new two-weekend format get in the way of a packed tour schedule. Your Day-By-Day Guide to Noise Pop 2012

Atlas Sound will play Noise Pop 2012.

Noise Pop 2012 – its 20th anniversary edition – is shaping up to be something fierce. Atlas Sound is the final headliner to be announced, joining The Flaming Lips (who will playThe Soft Bulletin in its entirety), Built to Spill and Cursive atop the bill.

To that end, Noise Pop has dropped their 2012 schedule, and we’re already putting targets on the shows we’d like to see. Because “all of them” is not particularly helpful advice (though it’s an option we support, if you have a handful of clones at the ready), we’ve picked the one concert per day that we think will be exceptional (which was absolutely not easy to narrow down, by the way).

Shows are 21+ unless otherwise noted, and festival badges get you into every event except The Flaming Lips and Die Antwoord.
