Jack White, famous from bands the White Stripes, the Raconteurs, and the Dead Weather, is gearing up to release his first solo album, “Blunderbuss” on April 24. Little information is known about the release. The first single, “Love Interruption” can be found below from his official website.

Nada Surf Debut Video for “When I Was Young”

This morning, Nada Surf premiered the video for “When I Was Young,” the first single from their latest LP, The Stars Are Different to Astronomy. To promote the release, which dropped last week on Barsuk Records, they’ve planned a free show at Amoeba records in Hollywood (tonight), an appearance on Jimmy Fallon (also tonight) and a Spring tour (see below).

Radiohead Confirm ‘Austin City Limits’ Taping

Radiohead have confirmed that they will tape a performance for Austin City Limits in early March. Their 2012 tour takes them to the Erwin Center in Austin on March 7th, and they’ll film the taping at The Moody the day prior, on March 6th. The official announcement on ACL’s blog touts the opportunity to win tickets through their social media outlets closer to the show date, so if you want freebies, adjust your Internet stalking behavior accordingly.

Drummer J. Tillman of highly acclaimed indie-folk band Fleet Foxes announced yesterday on his tumblr that he was quiting the band. He is quoted as saying “Farewell Fleet Fans and Friends. Back into the gaping maw of obscurity I go. Tokyo is my last show with the Foxes. Sorry if I was distant and obtuse if we ever met. Have fun.”
Fleet Foxes released their sophomore album “Helplessness Blues” last year.
