Right in front for Lagwagon at the Oakland Metro Opera House in Oakland, CA on 02/25/12 for “Messengers”. The guys were doing their best to rock the house even though they were plagued with sound problems. You can hear some of the problems here as Joey can’t hear himself and his mic feeds back a couple of times. Even though there were some problems I was still happy to be there. The show felt more like and old house concert instead of a fully produced show. A lot of fun.

Listening to Tim & Nicki Bluhm perform “Think About The Two Of Us” as I have brunch at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, CA on Saturday May 5, 2012. Good times with good eats!!

Plagued with audio problems and more, Lagwagon trudged on at the Oakland Metro Opera House with “Alien 8.” Chris Flippin introduces the song and assists with some singing – kind of. Even with some problems, they can still kick some ass.

The Trespassers finish up their CD release party for their new release, Road Time: Live In California at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco with “Coyote’s Last Stand” and “Old Rotten Log.” It was a great night of Bluegrass enjoyed by many fans from around the state. Good times!

Lagwagon opens up their set at the Oakland Metro Opera House with “Kids Don’t Like To Share,” “Violins,” and “Island Of Shame.” It was the first time that the band and I were at the Oakland Metro and it was ok. There were some pretty major sound issues it seemed – particularly with the monitors, but the guys rocked the house as usual. Good times!!

The Trespassers finish up their set with “Swamp Gas” while at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco for their CD release party for “Road Time: Live In California.” Tarantula dedicates the song to his mom, and every one gets down and boogies! It was a great night.
