On October 4 the Duo should be playing at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, CA and then they should be playing again on Oct 6 at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. Joining Les as part of the Duo de Twang should be his old pal Marc “Mirv” Haggard.

You can find out more info on Les Claypool’s website, here. Hope to make it at least one of the shows and see you there!

I love these guys since they used to play at parties I went to in the hills around Santa Cruz years ago. The Devil Makes Three have begun their Fall 2012 tour. The Santa Cruz, CA trio are traveling quite a bit September through November as they make their way across the country. Word is that right after this tour the band will be heading back into the studio to begin work on a follow up album to the critically acclaimed Do Wrong Right. Be prepared to hear some tunes from the new album while they are out on this Fall tour, and be sure to follow up with Music Sumo News often to hear more about the new album as details emerge.
